Description

DTY can be alone or together with other fiber and finished as different fabric.Its

advantages include fracture strength,high elasticity,good resilience, high bulk resi

-stance, good thermal insulation and so on.

1)Elasticity: polyester elastic close to wool,the wrinkle resistance is higher than the other

fibers

2)Strength: the strength of the polyester fiber is one times higher than cotton , and it's also

three times higher than wool.Therefore, polyester fabric is durable.

3)Abrasion resistance: the wear resistance of polyester is in second place among the fibers,

which is just lower than polyamide fiber.

4)Heat resistance: it can be used in 70 ℃ ~ 170 ℃,which is the best synthetic fiber in heat

resistance and thermal stability.

5)Absorbent: polyester has low water absorbing moisture regain, so its insulation performance

is excellent.

1).Polyester DTY is ideal materials for knitting or weaving processing ,which is suitalbe

for making garment bedding, and decorative supplies (such as curtain cloth, sofa

cloth, wall cloth, car decorative cloth) etc.

2).Polyester fine denier filament (especially the trifid special-shaped wire) is more suitab

-le for imitation silk fabric. And the coarse denier silk can be used in wool-like fabric.

3).The knitting use include industrIal weaving and Clothing weaving.Therefore,is can be

used in making Filter filter material, rope net, engineering fiber,shirt,garment and so on.
